TERMINATIONS

Your access to the Services provided by Login2Cloud may be terminated, either in whole or in part, which could involve the deletion or confiscation of all files, content, and/or domain name registrations, without any prior notice if:

(i) You fail to settle any outstanding fees;

(ii) You breach the terms and conditions of this Agreement;

(iii) Your behavior poses a risk to Login2Cloud or others, results in liability for Login2Cloud or others, or disrupts Login2Cloud’s business operations (as determined at Login2Cloud’s sole discretion);

(iv) You are disrespectful or abusive towards Login2Cloud’s staff in any way; or

(v) For any other lawful reason, including adherence to applicable laws or as specified in this Agreement. In such instances, Login2Cloud will not issue refunds for any fees paid in advance of the termination, and you will be liable for all fees and charges accrued before the termination takes effect.

Once the Contact is established, you are entitled to cancel the Contract related to the Hosting Service you purchased. You can do this at any point within 24 hours, commencing the day after you receive the Acceptance Confirmation. Should you decide to cancel within this period, you will be eligible for a complete refund of the amount paid for the Hosting Service. The refund will be credited back to the credit card, debit card, or account utilized for the payment. No other refunds will be provided, and this policy is restricted to one cancellation per customer.

To initiate the cancellation of the Contract, you must submit a support ticket before the end of the specified 24-hour period. We will respond to your cancellation request with a confirmation. It is crucial that you confirm your cancellation by replying to this confirmation; failure to do so will result in the continuation of the Hosting Service, making your cancellation ineffective. This measure is implemented to ensure the preservation of any necessary data.
